For this project, I was the lead designer in charge of the first ever NYC Cocktail Week. NYC Cocktail Week was a week long event where over 80 bars in NYC offered discounted drinks and food specials to thousands of participants. I was in charge of creating the landing page, mobile display as well as marketing collateral.
I wanted to create a clean and sophisticated logo that could easily be transferable across mediums. There were three versions used for this event: a horizontal version, a vertical version, and a full version including the sponsors. The main one is listed below.
This fully responsive website was the landing page and destination for selling tickets for the event. All promotional materials drove to this website.
I was in charge of all the materials used by CBS New York's Facebook, Twitter and Instagram posts. Below are examples of the Facebook graphic used for the event page as well as cocktail recipe posts. Participating bars would submit their recipes and I would create social media posts highlighting how to create the cocktail. These posts helped generate buzz as well as promote users to share the event to their followers.
To help promote the event, guest bartenders appeared on CBS 2 New York local news and demonstrated their specialty cocktails. The logo I created can be seen prominently in the background and on the closing slate.
